Calculated column for data from 2 weeks back

Hello experts,

need some help. I have column names as different dates and rows with properties as I calculate the weekly difference b/w properties. Now how can I make it dynamic? I made it work for current week by introducing another table in power query, pivoting the table and keep last row from bottom. How do I make it work for current week -2? 
any help here? Thanks
