Calculated Column as Day Counter Until Values Match in Different Rows

I want to create a calculated column which acts as a day counter using Today() - Schedule Date next to the fill_id column until all the status_desc changes to "Finished" where fill_id = parent_fill_id. Please help.

No it doesn't.

To clarify, I want the day counter to continue, say for TC8005 (parent), until the point status_desc for TC8005A, TC8005B and TC8005C (children) turns to "Finished". Once all parent and children turn to "Finished" then day counter should go blank.
