Calculateble and Summarize with UserRalationship

Hollow, everyone

In the following query, tables Policy and DateDimension has no relationship. I use UserRelationship to create a relationship between these two tables as filter argument for CalculateTable. Then using Summarize as expression to Broker_ID and Policy_Year. 

But the query did not work.

Any ideas?

   CALCULATETABLE (

       SUMMARIZE( Policy, Broker[BROKER_ID], DateDimension'[Policy_Year] ),  

       USERELATIONSHIP( Policy[EFFECTIVE_DATE], 'DateDimension'[DateKey] )

@12Bowers12 , Add measure and there you use userelation.

calculate(countrows(Policy), USERELATIONSHIP( Policy[EFFECTIVE_DATE], 'DateDimension'[DateKey] ))

Add this a column in your summarize and try.
