Calculate weekly conversion rates

Hi,

We have all of our raw leads data being filtered into Power BI.  I am trying to understand how i can create conversion rate metrics and filter by type of customer and on a weekly basis.

The calculation needs to be

Lead with status equals converted / Total leads

Ideally sorted by weekly and also able to sort by type as well.
