Calculate time difference (in minutes) between two timestamps excluding non-business hours

Hi,

I am trying to create a simple formula to come up with the number of minutes between two date/time stamps. I need to exclude only certain hours (between 1am to 6am), regardless of weekends. Example -

Start time - 4/12/2023 4:20 AM

End Time - 4/12/2023 10:00 AM

The two calculations I am trying to come up with  are -

Minutes during business - 240 (4 hours after 6am)

Mintes during no-business hours - 100 (1 hour 40 mins between 1am to 6am)
