Calculate the running/cumulative total over a column that is not a date, not grouped

I am struggling to calculate the running total for the total #Tasks for the article ID,

This is my Summarize table in PowerBI:

I want to calculate the cumulative #Tasks like below:

New column

cumm = sumx(filter(table, [#tasks] <=earlier([#tasks])),[#tasks])

new measure

cumm = sumx(filter(table, [#tasks] <=max([#tasks])),[#tasks])
