Could you please help me with a measurement?
I'm doing a job to check which state has the highest and lowest tax, but I'm having trouble finding the lowest value above zero, as in example 02 in the figure below.
Would someone be able to help me?

Please new a measure like:
Lowest Value Above Zero = CALCULATE(MIN('YourTable'[YourColumn]), 'YourTable'[YourColumn] > 0)
If this doesn't work, consider providing some sample data and expected outputs.
