Calculate sales %

Good day all - please I need a support on calculation of [Sale] where I have two column, one is the [DailyTarget_new] and another is the [Actual Sales], the idea is to have it on a daily basis and not have (infinity) as result. I have tryed a formula provided by one comunity supporter but it didn't work out. Please refer to my table below highlighted the coulumn i whant to filter or calculate. Please note that the first column date is a calendar.

    Can you provide more sample data for testing? Sensitive information can be removed in advance. What kind of expected results do you expect? You can also show it with pictures or Excel. I look forward to your response.

      Please see attached the visualization I want to get. I highlighted the outliers results which in PBI returns with (infinity) answer.
