Calculate radious with spatial data

I am new to spatial data so I need help.

 

How to calculate with spatial data?

 

Specifically, I have a few properties with Long and Lat and when drilling through to one, I want to have a visual to see if there are any other proprties from my list in the radius of let's say 50 km.
