Calculate number of past minutes to date

So, my question is a bit weird.
I received data pulled from the Priority system.
The priority calculates the date by suming the minutes that have past since 01/01/1988.
So instead of a date column, i ended up having a column of a whole numbers (number of minutes that have past since 01/01/1988)
Is there any way i can calculate the sum of minutes to a date column?

Thank You

Ohad

@Anonymous Please try below logic...

NewDate = MinutesAdd[Date]+MinutesAdd[Minutes]/1440
