Calculate new patients each 30 days

Please help create a measure to calculate the number of new patients per 30 day cycle.

Scenerio, in the matrix below I've pulled in the programs we offer, the patient ID and the Program Enrollment Date. 

I need a measure for a card that shows the number (count) of NEW patients Enrolled during the last 30 days (from the date report is pulled -30).  So if I pull Jan 28, 2023, I want to know all new patients Dec 28th - Jan 28th.

This is as far as I got but does not work...

*New Patients = CALCULATE( COUNTROWS(MERGE_AdditionalDemographics),

    FILTER(

        ALL(MERGE_AdditionalDemographics[Program1 Enrollment Date]),

        MERGE_AdditionalDemographics[Program1 Enrollment Date] >= -30))

All help appreciated

The pic is just to show the monthly breakdowns so perhaps theres a current month less previous month equasion??
