Anonymous who you are referring too? if multiple people are replying, do refer/tag by their name otherwise not sure whose solution tried?

Anonymous your requirement is totally different from the original post, you are also keeping date in the visual and that is going to be totally different measure. 

 

Explain in detail what you are trying to achieve.

    Hi parry2k ,

     

    My requirement is return in a period  a value in total contactregistrations when in a contact registration has been made by value of Call or E-mail or InMail.
