Calculate <> Not working as expected

After reviewing the screenshots provided, I attempted to replicate the issue locally, and everything appears to be working as expected. For your reference, I’m providing a document that may help you.
Additionally, please consider the following suggestions:
- Ensure that no additional filters are applied to your visual or report, as they might unintentionally exclude some rows.
- Double-check that the status values in your data precisely match the strings used in your DAX formula

how are the tables related?
The tables are not related in my model.

Please provide sample data that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot).
Do not include sensitive information. Do not include anything that is unrelated to the issue or question.
