Calculate hierarchy value with parameter?

Hi Pro BIers,

I have an issue need your help,

As describe, when I select the TemplateID, the value of rows will be summed up and the result will be plus/subtract the values of Param1 by (+) .... and subtract to Param 3 by (-) ... please advise me the solution, thank you so much

Can you please post some sample data and the values expected as output in OneDrive or Google drive and paste the link to formulate a solution.

Is the values of the Param1, Parm2 and Param 3 constant for a given template id ?
