    abukapsoun - Seems like this should be:

    Measure 29 = 
    VAR __Table = SUMMARIZE('Table (29)',[HC],"Average",AVERAGE([Price]))
RETURN
    AVERAGEX(__Table,[Average])

Measure 29 = 
    VAR __Table = SUMMARIZE('Table (29)',[HC],"Average",AVERAGE([Price]))
RETURN
    AVERAGEX(__Table,[Average])
