Calculate consecutive Numbers (Maximum Positive and Negative Streak) in Power BI

Try adding these measures

minvalue = MIN(youtablename[yourvalue])

maxvalue = MAX(youtablename[yourvalue])

then add a 2 cards to a blank report canvas 

and set the values to minvalue and maxvalue
