Calculate colums and filter depending on selection
Hi,
I have the next question:
I want a month slicer. The user will choose the months he wants and I have to calculate revenue average per month and the visits frequency by month too depending on the selection of the user. The point is that I want that the user could filter by a revenue average per month slicer and frequency by month slicer. Can I do that? how?

Anonymous you cannot use measures in the slicer, you can create calculated table and then use that for slicing. if you can share your dataset and actualy output you are looking for, it will help to provide the solution
I have a table like this
CLIENT DATE IMPORT
A 01-01-2019 10$
B 01-01-2019 12$
A 02-01-2019 20$
A 04-02-2019 2$
The user chooses for example january and february and I have to calculate for these months the average like this
CLIENT AVG IMPORT PER MONTH AVG FREQ PER MONTH
A 16$ 1,5
B 6$ 0,5
.
.
.
When I've calculate these averages, i want to allow the user to filter by AVG IMPORT PER MONTH and AVG FREQ MONTH like this
AVG IMPORT AVG FREQ
0----------0 0----------0
10$ 20$ 1 2
and the result has to be a table like this
CLIENT AVG IMPORT PER MONTH AVG FREQ PER MONTH
A 16$ 1,5

Anonymous yes, I got it, you cannot use measures in slicers but you can use measure in visual filters and try new flter experience to see if you can tweak it as per your need.
