Calculate and Categorize Employee Years of Service

I have a personnel table that has employee names and their hire date, among other values, and would like to categorize those years of service into the following:

0 -2 Years of Service

3 - 5 Years of Service

5 -10 Years of Service

10 or More Years of Service

My goal is to be able to do comparisons between different years of service and such, but I know I first need to calculate their years of service and then categorize into one of the above before I can start to use the information.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.  🙂
