Calculate age from birthdate for multiple years

Hello,

I am trying to create a measure that will dynamically calculate the age of a client, based on their birthdate, for multiple years, to be used in a table, as shown below. Based on their age on the last day of each year, it will count those >18. Is this possible? Thanks!

Year	Total Count	Age 18+ Count
2023	500	450
2024	600	475
2025	700	525
