Calculate Speed

Good dears,

Please could you help me in the following;

to the matrix below I want to add three columns, one that brings the average time, another that calculates the distance and the other that calculates the speed in km / h by ATTRIBUTE.

I have the following tables where VALUE is the time in seconds and KM is the distance that the road has in kilometers.

The names of the paths are registered in the ATTRIBUTE variable.

The table I look for as a result in the following.

What Column "Valor" represent? seconds?

VALUE is the time measured in seconds that a vehicle takes to travel a road (ATTRIBUTE)
