Calculate Percentage

Im working with this table that shows a list of workers, the columns are tasks where "1" represents that the worker was able to do it while "0" means they failed. I want to calculate their score in percentage as you can see in the last column. I've seen other related posts but im having a hard time understanding DAX. Any help is appreciated.

Percentage = Divide(Total,5)
