HI LyonsBI_BRL .
Follow the below mentioned steps in order to get the desired output;
1)Create a measure as TotalCount=COUNT(Table(SKU)).
2)EveryCount=CALCULATE([TotalCount],ALL(Table(SKUCategory)).
3)%ofTotal=DIVIDE([TotalCount],[EveryCount],0).

Anonymous is there a way to exclude rows? Basically I have several rows that return NO SKU Selected, can I exclude those?

If there are less rows and you can identify which rows have no SKU, then you can filter out those rows in the filter pane.
