Calculate MIN, MAX, AVG Values for Particular Month

Hi,
I have a model with unit COGS data of my products.
I want to calculate Min, Max, and Average Unit COGS for every month.

Important note!
I want these measures for every month, I mean it would be different values for January, February, etc.

The desired result should look like below:
