Calculate Loss from various dates

Hi guys, I have a quick question. I want to calculate losses for 10 different stores from the date when they refurbished (all in last 12 weeks on different dates).  I have Total loss figure for ever...

Weeks and years and "same period last year" are not compatible. Best you can do is subtract 364.
