Calculate Completion Date based on work hours

I need to calculate completion datebased on following-

Total Shift Hours per person=7.5

Shift Sart time=7:00am

To calculate completion date= if total time taken in less that total shift hours, then completion day will be same day as start day. Otherwise, calculate based on shift hours as 1 day=7.5 (exclude weekend).

@grantsamborn I saw this solution but cannot get how the start and end helper are added and a few more things. I have send a message as a reply in that post ...waiting for @lbendlin to respond.

Thanks

(I think it's interesting that a question like this doesn't come up more often.)

I tried this solution, but no luck. The answers are not correct.

@Anonymous Can you please help?
