    Anonymous try this column

     

     

    Flag Calc = 
VAR __row = CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( Table ), FILTER ( ALLEXCEPT ( Table, Table[Entity] ), Table[Flag] = "Yes" ) )
RETURN
IF ( NOT ISBLANK ( __row ), "Yes" )
