CUSTOM BUTTONS
HOW I CAN CUSTOMISE A BLANK BUTTON WITH A PICTURE,AND HOW I CAN FIND HD PICTURES WITH NO BACKGROUND COLOURS.

Insert -> Button -> Blank
Click the button and from the Format Button pane, turn on Fill and click Browse:
For no background images search for PNGs or use website like this to remove backgrounds:
