CSV open from http then not refreshable by PowerbI?

    The outcome of this issue is that indeed the "New Source->Text/CSV" option will accept https:// link but this will only copy/paste locally the remote csv file. The datasource will not be kept online. So during the next refresh, it will try to load the temporary file stored somewhere which will very quickly leads to errors (data not refresh, file not found).

    The solution is simply to use the "New Source->Web" option to paste the https link to the csv file(s).
