CSV File not importing correctly

We are trying to import a CSV file into PowerBI with columns that contain financial figures (both positive and negative decimal numbers). However when we try to change this column to a Decimal or Fix...

    Weird indeed.  before trying to convert the column do a "Replace Values"  and replace space " "  with an empty string. ""
