COLUMN DATA IN A MATRIX

Good day!

Can someone help me how I can do this? Like I have a data in a column which I want to show in a matrix here is example:

Hi @RanHo 

Your data is incomplete. You need to add a 'Date' and 'Type' column to the dataset. Like so:

For the MonthSort column, first click on 'Date' column and choose 'Date' data type, then click 'Add new column' and type:

MonthSort = MONTH([Date])

After, you need to click on Month column and choose Sort By Column - 'MonthSort'.


Then when your dataset is ready, put 'Month' in Rows, 'Type' in Columns and 'Product' in Values, then click the down arrow on Products and choose count.
End result:

Hi @RanHo ,

 

I guess a month/date column is missing from the table.

Put month column in Row and products column in Column.

Then create a slicer by using farm column.
