CANNOT ACCESS MY RECENT REPORT FILE

hi everyone,

is there any you guy face this problem?

Now I cannot open and access my recent report and I affraid of lossing all my calculating and and have to build vusuals from beginning 😞

Send help please

    Hi Anonymous

    I had a similar problem before and I solved it like this, click Cancel, then the file will open, then go to Data source settings and modify the data source credentials

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    Can you check that you used the correct credentials and also that system admin or IT team haven't accidentally changed the credentials?

      hi TheoC ,

      the credentials is correct, I access the DB sucessfully via IDE (DBeaver),

      I just copy and paste the user and password

      I dont know how to access to the credential window to check it again 😞
