CALCULATE measure in calculated table

This works perfectly if TableB is a physical table:

Measure=
CALCULATE([Measure], TableA[ID] IN VALUES(TableB[ID]))

But, how to calculate the same measure in an intermediate table?

Measure=
VAR Tab = FILTER(...)
RETURN
CALCULATE([Measure], TableA[ID] IN VALUES(Tab[ID]))

This doesn't work!

Sorry. It shouldn't be Tab[ID]. Use the name of the table you're filtering.

Measure2 =

VAR Tab = CALCULATETABLE ( VALUES ( TableX[ID] ), FILTER(TableX, ...) )
RETURN
CALCULATE ( [Measure1], TableA[ID] IN Tab )

@AlexisOlson  thanks, but VAR Tab, doesn't let me use Tab itself as an argument of VALUES.

Measure2 =

VAR Tab = CALCULATETABLE ( VALUES ( TableX[ID] ), FILTER(TableX, ...) )
RETURN

I'd try refactoring it slightly.

Measure2 =

VAR Tab = CALCULATETABLE ( VALUES ( Tab[ID] ), FILTER(...) )
RETURN
CALCULATE ( [Measure1], TableA[ID] IN Tab )
