felipevaz seems like you are adding this as a measure, you need to change the expression as below, if it doesn't work, please explain if there is an error or you are getting wrong result, simply saying it is not working, very hard to know what does that means.

 

IF( MAX( Table[DATE] ) > DATE(2019;10;1) ; CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(ID;FILTER(MYTABLE;MYTABLE[%]>0,8); CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(ID;FILTER(MYTABLE;MYTABLE[%]>0,5))
