Cálculos de tiempos promedio en una matriz

Buenos días.

Tengo la siguiente matriz:

Y necesito calcular los tiempos promedio de cada día del mes por agente y por día en el total de filas y columnas y a través de una tarjeta el tiempo promedio global (para todo el mes), sin embargo, no he podido.

¿Me pueden ayudar por favor?

Avg Time=

var _hr = AverageX(Table, hour([Time])+ minute([Time])/60 + second([Time]) )

return

Time(0,0,0) +_hr
