By default the first value information from one table to be shown in the another table

Hi all ,

 

I have a report where i have two tables so in table 1 i have events and its corresponding percentage and in table to i have informations for the events .

 

So the requirement is the highest occuring event information from table one should be shown in the second table by default . 

 for example there is a  event with 56%  i want that event details should  to be shown in the second table i.e in event analysis table 

 

Please let me know how to achieve this .
