By Clicking the Chart title blank button hide inside?

By Clicking the Chart title, the blank button  inserted is hide inside. How to make both the things visible properly.

Details is a button.

For your chart, enable "Maintain layer order". Please note that this would work only for your report in Services/Workspace and not in desktop.

@ssspk , When you click on the table if will go behind, when you click outside it will come on top again.

or
Make the button come out of the title a little bit.

When i click the title background then button which i have placed in chart right corner goes inside.If i click outside the button comes back again for apperance.

Also did a group of 2 components and maintain layer order is also enabled.
