Button to get users to validate data displayed

Hi all,

I'm requesting your help on a specific project I'd like to do.

For work, I build PowerBi dashboards that users view online and need to validate. To make it as user-friendly, I'd like to implement a button that would trigger the following action when user clicks on it:

Add a footnote with the name of the user and the date with label such as "Validated by xxxxx on xx/xx/xxxx". This should be visible to all users.

The trick is that the footnote should be specific to the filter. I have only one slicer referencing hundreds of companies and I need the users to validate them all.

Do you guys think this is something that PowerBI is capable of doing?
