Button to choose whether to use free date slicer or pre-defined slicers with quarters

Hi! I was wondering if it would be possible to somehow create a button or another option that would determine which slicer the user would like to use. I have a request that we would need to filter the data by date ranges and the user should have possibility to select predefined date periods (company quarters) OR to overwrite the quarters and use any date ranges they need. How would you tackle it please? Thanks!!

Hi @sona_b 
If I understood you correctly, yes you can add buttons for changing the date slicer type.
Take a look at the attached pbix which has an example of changing between date range slicer to "relative date".

The tutorial for creating the buttons that switch between visuals  is here :
