Button resets all the runs

I'm assuming you're using this URL filter method https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-url-filters to filter the report, and bookmarks for the reset button?
If that’s the case, when creating a bookmark, if you keep the tick mark on “All visuals”, it will also reset the URL filter. However, if you select each visual individually and use the “Selected visuals” option in the bookmark, it will not reset the URL filter on the page .
I’ve attached a sample — the button on the left uses the “All visuals” reset option, while the one on the right uses the “Selected visuals” reset option.

"should not show the other two ID values.", is this related to the access permission? If so, you need to implement RLS in your semantic model. Becuase filters aren't an effective method of permission management. If not, applying a table level filter by the App or replacing the built-in RESET button with bookmarks button should be helpful.
I have already implemented rls on my emailid column with userprinciple (). Problem is for every submission user will receive urls with unique runIDs which is creating on every run. Once he opens the link he should only see the data related to that specific run. But when i click on reset or cancel buttons in the report it resets all the data so that he can see all the data related to every runids he has created so far!!
