Hello, Saw a similar question posted over a year ago with no responses. Hoping people can provide insights here. I have a report generated in PBI by exporting the data from a SharePoint list....
(no endorsement) there are third party visuals that promise row level data write-back. Proceed with caution.
Your response does not address any of my questions nor provides any real insights for what I am trying to accomplish in PBI.

Yes, it is possible with PowerApps or with third party visuals. No, the user experience will not be good. Consider using your sharepoint list instead for direct updates.
