The Button slicer does not work like the cards where you define for each values what you want to highlight in the button slicer you can only define the action of the button itself and in a specific state because you are not interacting with the data, this visual is only used to filter out information and not to give you results in the visual itself so the options are different.
You can setup different color using condittional formatting but not the size of the text for example.
I see this is marked as "solved" - but I don't understand the solution. Are we saying that the drop-down is there, but does not actually do anything, and will always say "All" in it? Why would Microsoft include a drop-down that does nothing?
