Business Intelligence/Bower BI
If I use Power BI, I can say what I'm using Business Intelligence?

In my opinion you can say you are using Business Inteligence. BI takes all sort of data from a organization and allows the users to make analisys, comparisions predictions based on the several different ways you setup your cubers, charts, tables and whatever other tools you have to make insighths of the information. As happens with others BI tools PBI depends on the way the users setup the information and the visuals to get the insights the end user needs so as said before using PBI is using BI.
