I have two Power BI accounts: One from my employer which is a Power BI Pro: with the account "gchen2020@companyXYZ.com" and another was created by a vendor which is a Free account "gchen2020@companyXYZ.onmicrosoft.com". The reason the vendor created the Free account with a different email is because I wanted to connect the Business Central account as a data source but whenever I go to get the data, it give me the error message "Unable to Connect. You do not have any environments. Please create one and try again."
The weird thing is when I install Power BI at home, in an environment without any Power BI installs using the vendor's free account, I am able to connect to Business Central.
What does this message mean and how do I connect to Business Central?
Thanks in advance!
