Burn chart with cumulative total

I have the following data and amount allocated for each car maker that is distrubuted each month. I want to have a measure that subtracts the value from a 15,000,000 allocation set each year to this measure. 

ex) 1/1/2023 - 15,000,000 - 332,500= 14,667,500

      2/1/2023 - 14,667,500 - 332,500- 14, 335,000 

and so on
