I have now spent way too much time trying to figure out how to tailor a burndown chart for the type of data that I have. I have the following data for risks, where the create Date is when the risk is identified, ID is the Risk ID and Complete date is when the risk is remediated. For the risks that have been created before 1/1/2020, they will be tracked in the burn down for 2020. All the risks identified in 2020 risks will be tracked in 2021, etc.

| 1/5/2020 | 3 | 5/30/2020 | 2021 |
| 2/4/2020 | 4 | 6/15/2020 | 2021 |
| 3/15/2020 | 5 | 2021 | |

Not every risk has been remediated within the 12 months burn down period. If there is no completion date, the risk outstanding Here is what I need help with:
In addition, I would like to be able to add the risks that did not get remediated in the prior year to the following year.
