I'll try to find a free Bullet chart for Power BI.
I found a few but I couldn't find a bullet chart where I could see all data label
I'd like to see something like this but with all label:

Hi @m_aj ,

Based on the description, you can select get more visuals.

Then, enter the bullet chart in the search box.

In the visuals, select the Vertical Bullet Chart standard.

Besides, you should drag the field into the correct label and all label can be shown.

The result is shown below.
