Good Morning,
Would like to try to replicate a bullet chart, something similar to that published by OKVIZ.
Due to admin policies, I am, unfortunately, not in a position, to pay the license fees for the premium features of this visual.
Wondering if anyone has advice on whether this could be done by either Deneb or Charticulator and perhaps which one of these would be easier to use? Don't have any experience with either of these tools, so thought this would be a good place to start.
Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated.
Best Regards,

Thank you very much for your response. I am not a coder, so will lean towards Charticulator.
I have been trying to come up with a reason and excuse to start learning and working with this, so I think this provides me with that opportunity.
Your answer helps immensely and will start with perusing your blog.
Thanks again and Best Regards,
Hi @rsbin
Looking at the OKViz Bullet chart I'd say it is perfectly possible to replicate this in either Charticulator or Deneb.
As to which one? Well that really is down to you. If you're a coder happy with JSON type languages than Deneb would be great. If you want a truly "no-code" solution - not code based, then Charticulator may be your choice.
I may be a little biased, as we have a lot of Charticulator content on our blog (and a Book!).
I should say that whatever your choice, unless you are exceptionally talented, this is not something you can learn in an afternoon. However if you do take the time to learn Charticulator or Deneb you will have a skill that will mean you may never need another custom visual again.
Hope this helps
Stuart
