Bulk email/mail: multiple emails

    yosemite , thanks for linking to my solution from last year. I uploaded your PBIX file to the Power BI Service without making any changes, and your "Email All" button worked well. The measure you created is correct. I think the limitation you're seeing is just related to Power BI Desktop.

Hello Anonymous ,

 

This formula for single email works to open the mail application:

Email Link = CONCATENATE("mailto:" ,Table[Email])

 

But this formula for multiple email doesn't open the mail application even if it is categorized as a Web URL in Power BI desktop:

Email All = "mailto:" & CONCATENATEX(VALUES ('Table'[Email]), 'Table'[Email], "; ")

 

Do you mind updating the PBIX I posted to show how you made it work? Thanks for your help.

Hello, do you have a solution for when the mailto charater limit go over 2000

    Right click the email icon and copy-paste the mailto: link into your email to/cc/bcc field. Works all the same as clicking and generating the link to a list under 2000 characters
