Bulk Hiding "Filters on this visual"

Is there a way to hide all "Filters on this visual" without having to click the "eye" hide button on every single filter for every single viz, while though keeping the Filters pane visible so users can still see the "Filters on this page"?

Options > Report Settings. Turn off Allow users to chagne filter type

I just tried that and when I clikc on a viz in the published dashboard it still shows all the filters.
