Building my data correctly in Excel
How can I get a drop-down under one of my fields e.g under role, I want to have all relevant roles as separate selections.

The first one is from a tutorial video while the second one is my screen. In the first screenshot, under the fields section, you can see that the datasets are arranged into different tables making it possible to make different selections under a table. How can I achieve this?

If you want to create some tables based on your SAP table, you need to download Power BI Desktop and use the create a New table function.
When you finish downloading, you can get data from your data source and create some tables based on your business logic.
